Kenyataan Runyon, (1977:57) model didefinisikan sebagai “a replica of the phenomena it attempts to explain.” Manakala Burch Dan Strater (1974:117) pula menggambarkan model sebagai “ a verbal of mathematical expression describing a set of relationships in a precise manner.” Fisher (1978:64) “ an analogy that abstract or selects parts from the whole, the significant elements or properties or components of that phenomenon that is being modeled.”
